Event 2022

A summary of our amazing 2022 Cowgirl Art Roder weekend!:

Friday July 22nd:

Lucky FRIDAY EVENING attendees enjoyed a seated dinner with an exclusive performance by Trinity Seely and Amy M. Hale!

This one-of-a-kind collaboration blended Trinity’s beautiful songwriting and singing with Amy’s expressive story-telling and poetry. Trinity and Amy are genuine western artists speaking from the land where they live.

The Barn Gallery doors were opened for an initial art viewing and purchase opportunity. The exhibit included paintings, photographs, and other beautiful works of art!

An intimate dinner setting provided an occasion to converse with artists and table neighbors creating an evening of fun, making new friends and growing a community.

Saturday July 23rd:

The Saturday Event goers experienced a full afternoon of artist/maker displays of original art for sale, and a silent auction followed by dinner, poetry and dancing music.

The Silent Auction, benefiting the Sallie Knowles Joseph Scholarship, highlighted the afternoon. Opportunities to learn more about our scholarship program and visit with the 2021-2022 scholarship recipients happened throughout the day.

Dinner consisted of a traditional, western style, barrel-cooked meal.

Evening entertainment featured original poetry from Annie Mackenzie, then we kicked up our heels to the great music of singer/songwriter Carin Mari!
