That’s a wrap for the 2022 Rodear!
Our gathering on July 22nd and 23rd in Bridgeport, California was a huge success! The artists and makers brought their beautiful creations, helped us raise money for the scholarship, shared dinner, music and the view, and together we expanded our community of cowgirl artists.
A special thanks to our fantastic auctioneer, Grayson Haydn-Myer, and our talented performing artists, Trinity Seely, Amy Hale, Carin Mari, and Annie MacKenzie! You all brought the fun and magic for the entire event!
Also many thanks to everyone who attended, the volunteers, the donors and bidders who supported the auctions, and all those who joined our community since the last Rodear, including the five 2021 Scholarship Recipients. This is a team effort and we appreciate everyone’s contributions.
The wonderful ladies pictured here are who we support, who we rally around, who we champion, who we love to hang out with.
Now it’s time to focus on the Sallie Knowles Joseph Scholarship! We have gathered a record 35 applications and we will spend the next 2 weeks reviewing and deciding who receives the awards. So far we have raised over $15,000 towards the scholarships. We have a goal of reaching $20,000. It’s not too late to make a donation to help us reach that goal. It’s easy, you can donate here!
Together we can keep the traditions alive and create a thriving future for western women artists.
Thanks for your support!
